Sister's Book & Poetry Corner

Every few months we will suggest to members best-selling books that we think will help our membership grow emotionally, spiritually, health-wise, relationally and in their careers. All of the books we post have been read or reviewed by an iask officer or member who found them to be of great personal value and healing. We encourage our members to form book clubs, have regular fellowship and meet monthly to discuss these great selections.

Poetry selections will be posted monthly by any member who desires to share his/her literary talents with us all!

I Am

I Am Resilient beyond measure.
I am the sum of all my life experiences.
Those experiences are woven to make stronger the fiber of my character.
To that end, I persevere,
I remain determined and focused.
I gain wisdom, discernment and insights from the obstacles and challenges I overcome,
not of my own strength not of my own understanding but of His! -(January 2007)
